Reflexology can be a helpful therapy during labour and delivery. It can help to reduce pain, promote relaxation, and improve circulation, which can help to facilitate a smoother delivery

Reflexology can be a helpful therapy during pregnancy, as it can help to promote relaxation, which is important to both you and your baby. Alternatively, stress reduction can interfere with fertility and improve the chances of conceiving

Reflexology can also help to regulate the menstrual cycle and balance hormones through increasing blood flow to the reproductive organs. This can help to improve ovulation and increases the chances of conceiving.

What Clients Say...

I first came to reflexology when we were struggling to conceive - and I found out that I was pregnant 2 weeks after my first session! I believe that the reflexology allowed my body to accept and nurture an embryo, which is perhaps what had been missing before. I have continued with reflexology during my pregnancy enable my body to focus on the baby as it is growing - getting rid of the negative stuff that builds up. Each session is also an hour of deep relaxation sending calming love hormones to my baby - which can only be a good thing. When I am in the treatment room I feel a sense of peace and comfort, and on the walk home I can hear the birds, the sun is shining, and I feel happy.
